Emergency Fuel Delivery in Maryland

Your fuel-delivery request

1. Locate the vehicle: send the address, cross street, exit or mile marker and direction of travel.
2. Confirm the fuel: tell us the required type and grade from the vehicle label or manual.
3. Approve the quote: we confirm fuel quantity, fuel cost and the service charge.
4. Confirm access: the technician needs a safe place to reach and work beside the vehicle.

Fuel and delivery are quoted separately

The total depends on fuel type, quantity, travel and access. We confirm what can be supplied before dispatch. A roadside delivery is intended to address an immediate fuel shortage; discuss a larger or scheduled request separately.

For diesel vehicles, tell us if the engine has already stopped after running empty. Refuelling alone may not restart every vehicle, and further assistance may be needed.

Where we assess requests

We handle enquiries from Reisterstown, Owings Mills, Pikesville, Randallstown and nearby Baltimore County. For I-695 or I-795, give the direction of travel and nearest exit. Other Maryland locations depend on the technician’s route and availability.

If the vehicle is blocking a live traffic lane, there is a fuel leak or you are in immediate danger, call emergency services first. Do not rely on an online form for an urgent dispatch.

Not sure the tank is the problem?

If the engine will not turn over or the dashboard lights are weak, describe those symptoms before ordering fuel. Jump-start help or battery testing may be more appropriate. If the wrong fuel has been added, stop and tell us; ordinary fuel delivery does not correct misfuelling.
