Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on AutoToolsMart.com, operated by Tend Industrial Supplies LLC doing business as Auto Tools Mart.
30-Day Return Window
Most standard, eligible physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for buyer’s remorse, provided the item is unused, complete, in resalable condition, and returned with its original packaging, manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Before sending an item back, contact support@autotoolsmart.com or call 443-204-1972. Include your order number, the product or SKU, the reason for return, and photos when relevant. We will provide return instructions and the return destination.
Buyer’s Remorse
For an eligible return that is not caused by our error, defect, or shipping damage, the customer is responsible for return shipping. The product must meet the return-condition requirements above. Original expedited or non-standard shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. After we verify the issue, Auto Tools Mart will provide the appropriate replacement, return instructions, or refund and will cover reasonable return shipping when the problem is our responsibility.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 3–10 business days after approval for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless defective or supplied incorrectly, the following are generally not returnable: installed or used parts; products damaged after delivery; custom-configured or special-order items identified as non-returnable before purchase; gift cards; downloadable products; and completed labour or installation services.
Automotive Batteries and Core Returns
Automotive batteries must be unused and uninstalled to qualify for a buyer’s-remorse merchandise return unless the battery is defective. Core deposits, where applicable, are handled separately from the product selling price and are refunded only when the qualifying old battery/core is surrendered under the applicable core-return terms.
Warranty Claims
Manufacturer warranties are separate from this return policy. Contact Auto Tools Mart first and we will explain the applicable warranty process for the product supplied.
