A difficult van lockout in Owings Mills and a Toyota Tacoma tire change in Garrison gave our Auto Tools Mart team two very different challenges on September 13. One customer needed access restored to a Chevrolet Express. The other needed help with a large truck tire and stubborn, rusted wheel fasteners.
