Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to physical products purchased from AutoToolsMart.com, operated by Tend Industrial Supplies LLC doing business as Auto Tools Mart.

Where We Ship

We offer standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight items, hazardous/restricted items, and oversized products may require separate availability and shipping confirmation before an order is accepted.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Supplier-direct and special-order items may require additional processing time; any known exception will be stated on the product page or communicated before fulfilment.

Standard Shipping Cost

Standard ground shipping is free on eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. If expedited, freight, local-delivery, or another non-standard option is available, its cost will be shown before the customer completes payment.

Estimated Delivery

Typical standard-ground transit time is 3–7 business days after the order is processed. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or supplier delays.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send the tracking information to the email address provided with the order.

Local and Installation Orders

Products sold with local installation, vehicle fitment confirmation, or mobile service may not be eligible for parcel shipping. The applicable product page will direct the customer to request fitment, local delivery, pickup, or installation before purchase.
