A: No. Our mobile service is designed to install your spare tire or repair your existing tire. We do not carry an inventory of new tires on our roadside trucks due to the thousands of sizes available.
Q: What if I don’t have a spare tire?
A: Many modern cars do not come with spare tires. If you do not have a spare and the tire cannot be repaired with a plug (e.g., sidewall damage), we can help arrange a tow to a tire shop, or sometimes offer wheel-off service where we take your wheel to get a new tire put on and bring it back (additional fees apply).
Q: Can you fix any flat?
A: We can repair punctures located in the center tread of the tire (like a nail hole) using professional plugs. We cannot repair damage to the tire’s sidewall or shoulder because it is unsafe.
Q: I have a locking lug nut key, but I lost it. Can you still help?
A: Yes. Our trucks are equipped with special extraction tools designed to remove locking lug nuts when the key is missing.
