Returns Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at support@autotoolsmart.com to initiate a return.
2. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
4. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
5. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Software or digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Hazardous materials, flammables, or gases

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@autotoolsmart.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, repair, or refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the exchange process.

International Returns

For international orders, the same 30-day return policy applies. However, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, customs fees, and duties associated with returning items.
